Now that I’ve been buying better quality clothing that I know will last longer, I feel good. It really is a great feeling to be able to invest in sustainable fashion pieces that will last many seasons, that are comfy and that really are timeless. This week, we had the pleasure of talking to Grant Trahant, founder of Causeartist. Founded in 2013, Causeartist is a global community of conscious consumers, social entrepreneurs and business leaders who believe social enterprise can positively impact the world.

Meet Meera Jain aka The Green Mum,  a superwoman donning the role of an  eco-blogger, a teacher, and a mother every single day. What exactly does it mean to live sustainably? Every day we make choices that affect the environment, the climate and other species. From what we eat to what we purchase, there’s a lot we can do to “choose” and reduce our environmental footprint.  Thankfully, there are amazing people on and offline that make it easier for us to learn about what steps we can take to be better to our one and only home planet.  Supporting sustainability leaders who are advocates of social justice and environmentalism will help you expand your horizons and it helps in making positive changes easier.

Before our amazing products arrive at your doorstep and are in your hands, there is a lot of work done behind the scenes to make that happen. It can take up to a year  involving upwards of ten people and costing $3,000-$5,000 before it’s accepted into the collection. Even after the whole process and products are tested, with your feedback it may still not go into production

March 8 is International Women's Day celebrated across the globe. It is a day to spread awareness among the people regarding women's rights and gender equality.

This week we introduce you to another hero from our #GoodTribe, an inspiring good human helping our communities and our planet. The incredible human: Ben Higgins!  We all fell in love with him during his appearance on The Bachelor, now get ready to fall in love with him again.  His compassion extends to his work life and we are super excited to talk to Ben about his latest projects, including Generous Coffee and his book. Ben co-founded Generous Coffee, with the main mission and heart to serve communities! Imagine taking a sip of coffee and knowing that you just changed someone else’s life! Well, Ben is making it happen.

We were super inspired when we found our young tribe at Central Toronto Academy High School students. These students are our next leaders and are deeply invested in supporting the indigenous communities. On Orange Shirt Day we partnered with the students and provided them our super soft Fair Trade organic tees.

  It’s Valentine’s Day folks, and love is in the air! It’s a day we celebrate by showing our loved ones how much we care, but do you know what that costs our planet? We hardly think about it, but...
