The Good Tee Return Policy
When you’re happy, we’re happy. The Good Tee stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly want you to enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return/exchange your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we are a small company and cycling our inventory is crucial. Items passed the 30 days will be store credit.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we cannot process a refund or credit.
Partial refunds may apply in some cases, like if:
- The item isn’t in its original condition or has missing parts (and it's not our fault).
- The return is made more than 30 days after delivery.
If you use your own shipping label, we’re not responsible for lost items, so be sure to get tracking!
Step 1: Fill out the return authorization form here and email it to hello@thegoodtee.com.
Step 2: We will reply with a return authorization. Ship the item(s) back with the return form.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can either:
- Purchase a prepaid shipping label from us for $10 (deducted from your refund), or
- Use your own shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will reply with a return authorization.
Please ensure that all returned items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. We inspect all returns, and items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and attach the prepaid label or your own label. Retain tracking information, as we're not responsible for lost shipments.
Please mail the package within 30 days of receiving return instructions to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, you'll receive store credit.
Step 4: Upon receiving your return, we’ll process a refund (excluding shipping fees and the prepaid label cost, if applicable) to your original payment method.
