The Good Tee Return/Exchange Policy
When you’re happy, we’re happy. The Good Tee stands behind the quality of every product we sell and truly wants you to enjoy your purchase.
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that as a small business, cycling our inventory is crucial. Returns requested after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
Important Notes

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges, including both international and U.S. orders.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Partial refunds may apply in some cases, such as when items are returned incomplete or past the 30-day window.
If you use your own shipping label, we are not responsible for lost shipments, so please be sure to use a trackable service.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Fill out the [Return Authorization Form] and email it to hello@thegoodtee.com.
Step 2: Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization with instructions.
Step 3:
You can either:

Canada Orders: Purchase a prepaid return shipping label from us for $12 CAD (this will be deducted from your refund), or
-
USA and International: Use your own shipping provider (please include tracking information).
Step 4:
Package your item securely and mail it within 30 days of receiving return instructions.
Step 5:
Once we receive your item, your refund (excluding original and return shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method.
