When you’re happy, we’re happy. The Good Tee stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

 

Returns

Returns have just gotten easier!

Canadian residents now have the option to drop off their return at one of the ReturnBear locations (see locations below) & receive a $5 gift card as well as an instant refund - you also won't need to package the items or print a return label! Alternatively, you can ship back your item with our pre-paid shipping label, or via your own shipping method.

What is the return policy?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we are a small company and cycling our inventory is crucial. Any returns sent beyond 7 days of receipt of the 60-day cut-off will be store credit only. Products in our sale section this is marked final sale in the description is final sale.

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.

- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

What are the shipping costs for a return?

All returns/exchanges are subject to a $12.00 Restocking Fee per item.

If you are in Canada, you can drop your return off at one of the ReturnBear drop-off locations (see below). If you choose this option, you do not need to put the items in a package. You can receive your refund on the spot and will also receive a $5 gift card.

If you are in the United States or decide to send your package by mail in Canada, you can receive a return label in our Returns Centre, when you are creating the return request.

Alternatively, you can use the shipping provider of your choice. If you choose your own shipping provider, please note that we do not offer a shipping credit or reimbursement for ship back postage. Please note we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. A tracking number is advised. 

 

What are the shipping costs for an exchange?

Once we receive your returned item(s) back, we will then send you the exchange item(s) requested, in which shipping the item(s) to you will then be covered by us.

Visit the Returns Centre here. Enter your order number and the email address used to make your purchase and simply follow the steps.

Note: All garments must be unworn, unwashed, clean and with hangtags still attached (and untampered). Garments must be in the same original condition as when you received them.

What shipping courier should I use for the return?

If you choose to ship the return yourself, you may choose any courier service that works best for you. Please note we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. A tracking number is advised.


USA or International Return?

Simply initiate the return process outlined above. Any return is subject to a $12.00 restocking fee per item. A return label can be provided in our Return Centre.

Alternatively, you can use the shipping provider of your choice. If you choose your own shipping provider, please note that we do not offer a shipping credit or reimbursement for ship back postage. Please note we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. A tracking number is advised. 

For returns outside of  North America you will have to ship the package on your own. You may choose any courier service that works best for you. Please note we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. A tracking number is advised. 

 

Late or missing refunds 

After we have confirmed a refund and have not got your refund, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thegoodtee.com. 


What are non-refundable items?

Face masks and sleeping eye masks cannot be refunded due to sanitary reasons. Used tie dye kits are non-refundable. Finale sale items are also non-refundable.

Contact us at hello@thegoodtee.com and we’ll sort it out!

Can I return Instore or in person?
We are not able to accept any returns with any of our retailors.


Exchanges

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges are allowed within 60 days of receiving your order. If you'd like to exchange one or more items you purchased for a different size, style or colour, follow the below process.

What shipping courier should I use for the exchange?

If you choose to ship the exchange yourself, you may choose any courier service that works best for you. Please keep a tracking number handy.

 

What happens if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

If the item, colour, or size you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will have the option of receiving a refund, or store credit in the form of an online gift card. 


Received the wrong item?

Visit the Returns Centre here, and select the reason of return as “incorrect item received.” Follow the steps in the return centre. If you have any trouble, email us at hello@thegoodtee.com.

 

Gift Cards and Store Credits

Gift Returns 

Orders purchased as a gift will receive a gift card for the paid price of the returned items. Once we receive your return, a gift card will be emailed to the email on your return authorization form. 


Gift Cards

Returns or exchanges made by a gift card will be refunded in full or for the difference in exchanges and returned to the original gift card, or if not possible, a new gift card.

All gift cards are final sale. They are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and not for resale. 


Wholesale Returns

Wholesale Blank Products

Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns of decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.

Return requests must be made within 7 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by The Good Tee Customer Service. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.

Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of The Good Tee’s error.

Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.

All sales are final on closeout items; returns are not acceptable on closeout items under any circumstances.


Wholesale Customized Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but please know that due our “natural”, handmade and organic approach to its creation, means we embrace the small variations that may occur along the way. We celebrate this beauty – having imperfections just like us humans!
